Thank you for your group booking enquiry to Gitano, Double Bay.

A credit card number is required to secure the booking. We require confirmation of final numbers at least 48 hours prior to the booking. For larger functions of 30 people or more and bottle service bookings, a small deposit of 10% of the minimum spend will be required.

We will hold your reservation for 4 hours only from the time of your enquiry until we receive this booking form completed. By filling out this form, you also agree to the terms and conditions regarding our cancellation policy.

DEPOSIT
A 10% Deposit will be required for larger functions of 30 people or more, and all bottle service reservations. You will be notified if this is required.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made within 24hours of the event, or no shows will be charged $50/pp.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your booking will only be confirmed once:

(a) Gitano have received the completed Booking Confirmation Form
(b) You have filled-out the credit card charge details and confirmed acceptance of the terms & conditions
(c) By doing so you agree to: Gitano, charging your credit card a deposit amount of 10%, which you will be notified of.

• Cancellations made in writing prior to the function, giving more than 24 hours’ notice will not be charged a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 24hours of the event, or no shows will be charged $50/pp
• Please note the account or outstanding amounts must be settled on the day (Unless pre-paid or arranged otherwise) and we do not accept cheques.
• There is a 10% service charge for all bookings and functions over 8 people, which is used as gratuity to staff.
• All guests must bring a valid form of ID to be checked on arrival..
