TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your booking will only be confirmed once:
(a) Gitano have received the completed Booking Confirmation Form
(b) You have filled-out the credit card charge details and confirmed acceptance of the terms &
conditions
(c) By doing so you agree to:
Gitano, charging your credit card a deposit amount of 10%, which you will be
notified of.
• Cancellations made in writing prior to the function, giving
more than 24 hours’ notice will not be charged a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 24hours of the event, or no
shows will be charged $50/pp
• Please note the account or outstanding amounts must be
settled on the day (Unless pre-paid or arranged otherwise) and we
do not accept cheques.
• There is a 10% service charge for all bookings and functions over 8 people,
which is used as gratuity to staff.
• All guests must bring a valid form of ID to be checked on
arrival..
